• Guarantees: Any “Rate Guarantees” offered are subject to a comparison of current, valid merchant statements.

Pay Bridge Solution provides payment infrastructure but is not responsible for losses resulting from customer disputes, chargebacks, or technical interruptions caused by third-party gateway providers (e.g., NMI or Authorize.net).

7. Termination
